Why is my DSL so sloooooooow?

You know that you need to be running at least 2 antispyware programs

Norton Sucks - Its been widely publicized as haveing a number of problems including executing viruses rather than protecting. Most versions of Norton dont clean spyware.

Actually, He's claiming a 36 Meg Connection. Unless he tells us what he's got ( Fios, or something alike ) I'm gonna say he just hit F5 and refreshed the screen which gives a bogus Speed test. I just did it with my 4 meg connection and got 29 Meg Which I know isint right
