What do I charge for this service

Since my computer business group isnt responding I figured I'd take an informal poll here.

I have a customer who wants 6 copies of a self-promoting DVD made. She supplied the blank DVDs and just needs me to make them for her. It will take me less than an hour. I am supplying jewel cases but that is my only cost.

What do you think I should charge for the DVDs or better yet what would you expect to pay for this service assuming you cant do it yourself?

**copyright is not an issue as she owns the CR

Thanks

Nope......$25.00 is too little. Go for $40.00. Even if it takes you only 5 minutes, go $40,00.

Now you owe LT $20 for her Consultation Services. So you better charge the $40 just so you can break even after paying our fees.

Depending on the cases, slim or full size I would hit her for a 30 spot plus 1-3 bucks for the cases.

This is also contingent on whether she is hot or not, and the possibility of a fair trade agreement. Sometimes cash is not alway the best form of payment.

Just don't leave Mrs. Vader find out about the agreement, as she may have final veto powers.

Most shops and other service businesses have a minimum rate so even if it only takes 5 minutes the customer still has to pay the minimum. I'm thinking around $25-30, sounds like a fair hourly rate to me.
