Speaking of trust and handshakes....

I call this Korean dude Vo, and ask about some yard work I need done.....Power Rake, aeration, fertilizing, gutter cleaning..... He takes my info and says he's in the area and might do it today; if not tomorrow. He's about to get off the phone and I ask him, dude, how do I pay you. He told me he'd leave a bill and when I was satisfied with his work I could pay him. That rocks. Now I hope he doesn't try to charge me more than this mailer claims....hehe.

The only thing I ask myself when someone asks for a favor of any kind is "Would said individual do this for me?" If the answer is yes, then my answer is yes. If my answer is no, then my answer is <profanity filter working overtime> @#$#$@....

I don't have credit cards as well but it is by choice. If I need to order something big that requires a credit card I just give my boss the cash and have him order it for me. He get more miles that way as well.

So if we all become part owners in said truck do we get to borrow it?? Me first, me first!!

I'm not sure I could bring myself to loan money to someone I have never met face to face. I guess it would really depend on the circumstances and the amount of money in question.
