wow.

Squeakers 03-06-2006 03:19 AM

That was worth the hour and a half I spent watching it. Really gives a person a new take on what happened. But not that I'm suprised. After all of the governments secrets over the years, here is another to add to the list.

WOW

I have not watched the video yet...seeing as how I am at work....but I assume that it address one (if not more) of the theories that surround the 9/11 event....

...all I have to add to this discussion is that if you do not believe that the U.S. played a role in the events that day....you are most definitely leading a very naive life....

Well, all I can say is, I hope to God our Governement didn't play a role in it.

There is quite a bit of evidence that leads to that conclusion....or at least to a conclusion that contradicts theirs.....

....you should definitely take an hour and a half and see some of the things in this video....it will at least get you thinking....

...and there are many other sources out there that support some of these theories....

I've been able to watch about 20 minutes (here and there), and it has my interest for sure. I'd like to have it on a DVD to watch on the TV at home. I think the wifey would be interested too.

I ordered the DVD....less than $20...and I was only able to get through about the same amount of time since I am at work....but alot of what was being said was similar in nature to what I have been told in the past....

....I personally feel that there is more to the story than what the government and AMERICANS want to admit........

Conspiracy Theroy anyone

Did this guy use Catcher in the Rye to decified this. It is all a bunch of hog wash. He found a bunch of articles to match up to his paranoia. Come on we are all much more intelligant than this to be drawn into this guy opinion aren't we.

My sentiments exactly. You can dig up crap and piece it together to support any theory you want to.

BBBAAAAAAAAA goes the sheep. Did you even watch the video? If it is all "paranoia," how about you explain the Pentagon to me? Or the lack of plane parts in Shanksville, PA. People (near the end) saying one thing, then changing their stories. BBBBBAAAAA goes the sheep. Follow your blind herd as usual.

Bluejay 03-06-2006 12:15 PM

That must be fun!

The way I see it....I feel you might be amongst those that are willing to believe exactly what is told to you by our government....without questioning them....

I am one that will question EVERYTHING....especially when things are obviously being covered up.....

...there is no logical reason to write off someones opinion as crazy just because it does not follow the "norm"......especially a "norm" that is set by a questionable authority that has things to hide....

jamzwayne 03-06-2006 12:21 PM

I dunno.

I just take in the infomation as it is presented to me. Anyone can decipher that infomation anyway they choose, and two people might see the issue in different ways. I know what our government is capable of. It wouldn't surprise me one bit if they did have something to do with it.

Squeakers 03-06-2006 01:09 PM

For those of you who really believe that our government had nothing to do with this, heres a thought.. Who killed kennedy? What happened at rosewell? Two of our most famous coverups. 9-11 is just another coverup for what really happned

[OFF TOPIC]

Well, as far as Roswell goes. I DO NOT believe a "space ship" crashed and the government is covering it up. It's just too big of a deal to cover something like that up. Besides, why would the government cover something like that up?

Squeakers 03-06-2006 01:17 PM

Ok OK so the spaceship thing is a little far out, but still proving my point that the government covers things up they do not want the public to know about. And Mel's not really my type of guy, to femmie for me.

jamzwayne 03-06-2006 01:22 PM

Ok, lets get back on topic then. I wish there was a poll, so we could see who thinks it's a cover-up or what?

I am still undecided on this. It could go either way actually. I, for some reason, dont trust Pres. Bush. I also dont trust our government.

I believe our government has the ability to cover up anything.

UrbanCowboy 03-06-2006 01:23 PM

I dont have time to watch whatever video this is, but if it claims the US was involved in planning or letting-happen the events of 9/11 I say hogwash.

wstahlm80 03-06-2006 01:24 PM

...because it happend during the "cold war" era.....and they did not want to chance losing the new found technology to the Russians....

...do you really think that it is just a coincidence that America made some massive advances in aerospace technology (as well as others) around that time frame?......

vader716 03-06-2006 01:24 PM

Anyone who truly loves this country has an obligation to look beyond the obvious. To simply dismiss theories as impossible and believe what you are told is foolish and potentially jeopardizes the future and security of the country. Listen to both sides...review their evidence...then decide. If you agree with the status quo, fine but at least you reviewed the contradictory facts.

Occam's Razor may apply but make sure you aren't led to believe something is the simplest answer when it really isn't.

I for one get sick to think that this administration (one for which I voted twice) could be involved in such a horrendous event. However, I'm also not so naive as to think they are not. The video (which I watched in its entirety) raises some key points and questions.

Generally when I see a government, any government, supplying answers that directly contradict fact or common sense, concealing evidence, silencing witnesses, disavowing events and people, dismissing them as irrelevant, or simply ignoring requests for straight answers I tend to believe there is more to the story.

If ANY of the facts in the video are true (as I suspect they are)....something is going on...something is being hidden...that is wrong.

We will never get the full truth from 9/11. However, asking questions, questioning the stories and facts, keeps the gov't wondering how much they can pull off.

Do not make it easy by saying "Yes I believe him" simply because George Bush or Bill Clinton said it or simply because Old Glory waives behind the person saying it.

Which is exactly the attitude "they" want you to have.....

Ok. I can respect that.

Are you saying that our government doesn't have the resources to do such a cover up? What if I told you I have a "proof" they were aware of the attacks? What if I have tons of evidence that proves the white house and Secretary of Defense were involved.....would you believe then?

Thrill Racing 03-06-2006 01:33 PM

WOW...

Hello, my name is Will and I am a sheeple.

The pentgon has ALWAYS drawn questions for me and I think between that and the Flight 93, those are the hardest to explain. But if you can't explain those, or there was government involvement. Then it leads to more questioning of the Twin Towers.

The american public would bring anarchy if any of this was credilized know. 10-20 years from now it would not matter as much.

Bluejay 03-06-2006 01:35 PM

You know, if someone were so inclined, I bet they could put something together that would "prove" that NASCAR was the communist working hand in hand with our goverenment to keep the rednecks drunk and their brains going around in circles. Wait! There may be something to that, I make it my next project.

Of course they have the resources.
1. You do not have proof
2. There is not tons of evidence

If we had that Iranian nutcase as our President; sure. But I do not believe anyone able to make it into the Presidency of the US would sit back and get that many people die for any reason...(Episodes of '24' aside)

It was all just to get rid of two towers that needed to be replaced and to collect insurance at the same time. Come on Jamz, no I doubt that your "proof" would convince me.

I beg to differ.....because allowing such level of "unwarranted death" would cause such a profound backlash from the American public that they would had over all their rights in the name of national security in order to "get the evil-doers".....

...without an event such as 9/11.....Americans would NEVER allow a Bill such as the Patriot Act to be passed.....NEVER!

Bluejay 03-06-2006 01:40 PM

1. True.
2. True.

What I am saying is if I DID have proof, would you believe it then? I do believe the United States Government would do such a thing. It's all about money. The government doesn't give 2 licks about the average Joe. This is a fact.
