I have a pic of my truck that i want to use as a Sig. How can i size the picture down to sig size? I have Paint Shop Pro if that helps.

Open with paint and click image>stretch/skew. Then adjust as necessary. If too small or too big, just click edit>undo and try again. Don't use attributes, it will just crop it...Good luck

BTW, this is with microsoft paint.

Aight will do, what size do u have yours set on? I want mine around that size.

 

I resized mine based on a percentage of the original photo. It is now about 7.8 x 2.8". Hope that helps.
