Most people are going to be to chicken to put their names down when they give a bad one.
I see this going south in a hurry as people leave negative reps. and the person is trying to figure out who it might have been that left it. Suspicions raise and soon everyone is an enemy. They may not have even done anything and are completely innocent, but how are we to know?

Still makes me laugh too. How do you even give a negative rep.? Uncheck the I approve button? I tried and can't do it........
