With the $500.00: a quick getaway for the weekend with just the wife: no kids, no dog, no cell phone. A chance to splurge on her for once. After all she does have to put up with me......

I got back over $5000.00(after prep fees). It's nice to be a single mom...hehe, maybe I won't get married til after the kiddos are out of the house . But I paid off ALL of my bills except the car. So now, the only thing I have, are my recurring monthly bills(rent, utilities, daycare etc). I had enough to splurge on a new laptop and washer & dryer set. I got tired of spending 40.00/week at the laundry mat. Oh, I took off last weekend with just myself and my best friend to Dallas.

 

Good call; that's pretty stupid.
