The National Weather Service has just increased snowfall totals from 6-12 inches to 8-13 inches. Winds of 25 miles per hour with gusts of 35 miles per hour!! Get those snow blowers out!!

snow totals don't sound like there going to be a big deal, but what is though is the wind blowing the snow whichi will cause high snow driffs I'm sure! Those winds blowing that hard with that snow is going to seem like a blizzard!

You can keep it, I'm ready for summer!

we have .28" of rain this year... 1.39" below normal for the year. It doesn't sound bad, but considering we finished last year 13" below normal... we basically have had 1" of rain in the last 4-5 months.

The wheat is basically dead, dry as can be. I dont figure the grass will grow in spring its so dry. Summer will be great.

The more snow the better. I gotta be at work at 7am. They need to outlaw 2 wheel drive vehicles in stuff like this. I can already invision the 2 wheel drive vehicles going down the Garden State Pwy straddling the center of both lanes doing 20 mph.

 

I bet I will get nothing down here at the shore. I never do. Right now its just raining like mad.

Severe wx forecast hot off the fax at work said ours would start with rain at about 3pm which it did and the snow should start at 9pm. After midnight it said we "may" see snowfalls as much as 1"-2" an hour with possible accumulations of 8"-12" by 1 pm Sunday. This was for Cape May, Atlantic and Cumberland counties.

This is always subject to change based on the winds and the front. Keep your fingers crossed.....................for snow that is.

 

I hear ya man...but for some reason..maybe because im so close to the Bay and the Ocean...I never get what they call for. So if Brick gets 8"...I might see a dusting. I hope im wrong..I would love some snow. But I dont count on it...EVER!!!


Oh...it just started up in Sussex County.. I'm talkin to my bro up there. Hes gonna get hammered up on the mountain, right next to Vernon Valley and Mountain Creek ski resorts

My 22 year old is leaving for Mtn Creek in the morning with some friends.

Channel 40 said you're getting it also. They said the rain is fooling everybody.

 

Tell him to leave tonight..if they get what the weather is calling for, it might be quit the mess trying to get there in the morning...Anyway, Mt. Creek is a pretty cool place.

Ill be up that way next weekend. Going to a comedy show with my bro.
