You could even go the super cheap route, and have a non-PATS key made, and use on of the 'hide-a-key' boxes.

I had only locked my keys in one other vehicle one time my entire life. It was running too, quit a funny story but one of the reasons that I always disable auto lock on my vehicles. But any way, then the first 3 months that I own this truck, I did it twice (Not running, thank God.). Had a 97¢ non-PATS copy made at Wal-Mart to stick in my wallet. So far, so good; I haven't needed it.
