This is a 20 min drive and a 2 min boat ride from my house!

If you've ever seen the country music video Red Neck Yacht Club, by Craig Morgan... that song is about Party Cove and was filmed on location at Party Cove. Obviously it's not a bunch of rednecks in beat up boats. LOL
It's not unussual to bump into a few stars and models there on any given weekend. I hear that sometimes they get wild too. Anyone wit ha boat is welcome to tie up, there might be a few tubs but there are a lot of 1/2 million dollar or more yachts.
As you can see from this small section.


You just tie up to another boat and then you can walk from boat to boat across the water and party with anyone and everyone.

Ohh BTW:
There is NO fishing in my boat either.
Even when it was ratty it was not allowed.

I do have extra room, in fact there is a bedroom, kitchen and bathroom on the first floor that we aren't using - except for storage and the w/d and freezer are down there. The main living area is the second floor with the master bedroom/bath and a loft on the third. I'm just trying to figure out how I would explain you to the hubby. . .

 

When you do that, video tape it please. I'd like to see the expression on his face.

Hmmm. . .I'm sure he wouldn't go for the Pool Boy bit, we have no pool, I don't think I can be THAT persuasive!!

Gardener, well, as yet we have no garden. . .but. . .if you're into landscaping you can move in right away!! Our yard and garden area, such as they are, are nothing but brush filled clearings. Lots and lots of work for an industrious young fellow!! Oh, you'll have to shovel all the snow out to start right away so you're going to be a busy, busy man!!

Think the hubby will buy it?? I'll make sure and unload the guns and hide all the ammo. See you soon!!

 

Sure he will Rose....Trust me..just ell him I wil lbe moving in next weekd and by spring time you guys will have the best yard in town

Yeah!! I have a live in gardener Now if the weather would just warm up Sexy gardeners just seem to lose that sex appeal when wearing winter coats and rubber boots!! And darnit, if I'm going to all this trouble to get a sexy gardener I want to at least be able to enjoy the view!!

 

No wonder why the guy has been "working out" lately. He runs daily now. Hmm...go figure.
