I buy scratch-offs but I never use them.

I give them away as a B Day present.

100 scratch-offs really fill an envelope.

 

In PA the money goes to help older people with, prescription coverafe and a few other programs.

My mother qualifies for the drug plan, so when i spend 20 or 30 bucks on tickets, it is like helping her to buy her medicine. If i win something, which i usually do get a few bucks back out of it, it is a bonus.

20 or 30 bucks doesn't buy much when going to the pharmacy to pick all of her meds up each month.

 

Yea, in Illinois is was supposed to go into the school system.

Funny how it doesn’t make it there.

 

I have never won any big scratch off amounts, HOWEVER I have a winning percentage. Up to date I have not lost money playing $2 & $5 tickets. I always by two at a time. Like I said though we aren't talking big bucks though. I have switched to online poker and have been doing REAL well. There is some easy money on there.

I'm only talking 10-20 here or there online cash outlay, with 50-100 in returns, its pretty fun when I have the time which is rarely.

 

I won 20 million a couple of years ago.

 

Just kidding. It felt good typing that though. NC is getting the lottery. It hasn't started yet. I'll continue to drive my F150 to VA to play anyway.
