Dont worry, just tell them you dont have it and they'll put you on a payment plan. my brother did it a few years ago. He needed $3k which of course he didnt have right away.I thin khe took a full year to pay it back.

I HATE TAXES!!!!!!!!

sounds like you need some deductions! I'd look for a good tax accountant. It may cost you a couple hundred dollars but he may know about stuff you don't.

The fee depends on the "professional" and complexity of the return. Most of you could do very well if you would just get Turbo Tax and do it yourself.

My wife does. What's your blood type? We need to test to see if you're a match. $1500 sounds like a bargain to me.

Just stop throwing your junk mail away -- you've probably already received several credit card offers this week offering "0% interest for 1 year" -- and most will provide you with checks that can be used to pay-off things like taxes. If you read the fine print, many of these offers will also waive the transaction fee -- so as long as you pay off the debt within a year, you will have received an interest free loan for a period of 12-months!

I should probably add that I would only recommend doing this if you have the discipline to pay the thing off within the interest-free period. If you don't, go get yourself a part-time job delivering pizza's and work it until the debt is paid!

I know a lot of people are slaves to these types of credit card offers -- mainly folks who are "financial idiots" and use them to finance a lifestyle they can't afford! But if you're financially astute, you can use these offers as a source of very economical (translated: free) financing for most of your major purchases!

You need a new accountant. Last year I tried to do my own, but alas I could only come up with getting a few bucks back and paying to the state. WTF? Went to a pro that I normally take it too and *POOF* I get a couple grand back + full audit protection. I think all those DSL calls are making you dumber...
