Ive driven a Quad Cab Hemi Ram, and even with the 20's I couldnt keep it from spinning like crazy. Also, nailing it from a high speed roll, you could really really feel the power. Also, there are many factors that determine 1/4 and 0-60 such as gearing and also tire/rim size. Like Ive said, Ive driven both my Scab 5.4 5.5ft bed 3.73/17's F150 and a Quad Cab Ram with the Hemi and 3.73s/20's and the Hemi is faster. But I want to line up with a Hemi Ram to see how I do. I know that sounds silly to race a truck, but hey, I like to get good performance out of my vehicles lol.
Driving both trucks and saying the Hemi is faster means very little.
Race one and find out the truth. I have, and was very suprised at the results.

It's just another thread that had a mention of a Ridgeline within it... I'm suprised that it hasn't spread into Toyota and Nissan bashing too.

BTW, if it does, it's off to General Discussions.

It's the nature of the beast 04SCREW98COBRA... damned if you do, damned if you don't. It's always one or the other.

I need somewhat of a "custom" tune for my CAI plain and simple. Yeah, I suppose the creator of the CAI has some "canned" tunes for the differences in the intake compared to stock, but at this point, he and another very trusted source said not to even install the CAI without an A/F monitor, and to not expect it to be very safe without some pretty different MAF transfer adjustments. I consider that fairly custom even if I'm not doing it on a dyno, because I'll be doing it with a LM-1 system, and it'll probably take 2 or 3 iterations, but it'll be dialed -- at that point, I don't think it's any different than doing it on the dyno. I'm not out to squeeze the absolute last drop of HP/TQ out of my truck, but I do want it to perform well, and safely, all the time, in all conditions. I just think these newer fully electonic vehicles adhere more to the "pay to play" mentality. Just my $0.02...

As I expected, this article had the "least dependable" information. The F-150 was rated as one of the least reliable (???) while the Tundra and RIDGELINE were top rated!!! How could this be? There are so few Ridgelines out there, it would be impossible to know how reliable they would be. The biased media just pushes that crap on us because it's a foreign made Honda. People drive around in their Honda/Toyota and then complain about our poor economy and how they lost their job. Bow down to the Japs and their ability to make cheap underpowered rice burners.
You should drive the Ridgeline. It has better acceleration and more hp than the F150 with a 4.6

cheap underpowered rice burners??? My 03 Acura RSX makes 200hp with a 2.0L engine that is able to get 32+ city driving. So shouldn't my 5.4 make 540hp and get 25+mpg? (id be happy with 540hp and 12mpg )

The Honda S2000 make 120 per liter something no American car manufacture has in their lineup. The Dodge SRT4 the little neon needs a turbo on a what 2.4L to make 190hp.

Not to nit pick or have paper horsepower races, but the Neon SRT-4 has 230 HP.
