Um I dont get sick when playing my x-box but sometimes when playing 2 player split screen halo on my projector (72") sometimes I have trouble seeing. I think it was because the screen was so wide that I had trouble focusing on the screen, since I was sitting so close to the screen. But never sick.

Eh- a manual is just one mans opinion as to how something should work.

 

I think it has do do with large tv's because the one's that posted they have a 60" + tv says they get sick. I have a 60" Zenith FWIW.
