Ahh days like those will feel like summer time up here in Northwest Iowa when its below freezing for weeks.

It was warmer today but we had to shingle today and the shingles had ice on them yet so that was interesting...The pile got rained on and froze like a rock.

Yea it felt so nice out today my girls came and asked me if it was nice enough to take the boat out yet.
They knew I was working on a piece for the interior so they thought we might take it and try it out if I got it done. Have no idea what made them think that... They even already had friends in mind to call and ask to come along.

Yea me too, afraid it's going to seem like a long one too. I can't wait to get it back out again. Last month it got to upper 40's lower 50's for a week or so and everytime I pulled out of the drive, the thought crossed my mind.. "I should just dewinterize it, put on my coveralls and call in to work."

Yea, besides being cold, right now it's not even running, they were with me when it broke down last time we took it out last season. The starter went out and I said Iwasn;t going to fix that until we were ready to take it out again. So they know it's not even running. I don't know what they were thinking.

If I can stand the wind, then I'll go. Bikini's (especially well blessed ladies in the boat with you and thier bikini's clinging for dear life to stay on with every bounce of the waves.) and kneeboarding are just an added bonus to the sport.
