Honestly what does a "post count" have to do with anything? Just because someone has more posts than the other person it means they don't have an opinion? Maybe he posts in the General Discussion instead of the other threads. A huge post count just shows either you spend every free second on the computer and reply to everything OR it shows you have been here a long time and I mean a long time because anyone that has 18,000 posts has been here for a long time. I guese by when you say "coming from someone who has 0 post count" you mean that someone such as your self (600 odd posts) has more authority or seniority over someone with 0 posts?

 

Yep. That is exactly what I'm saying. Look under mine and Mountaineer's name. I believe it says "Senior Member". So yeah, I think seniority does count here.
