Wow, was the baby ok?

The way he told the story was priceless.

I remember that story...it was funny.

Good thread myltlpny.
Have you thought about putting it to music?

Oh where oh where could my bumper be
The lord took her away from me
She's gone to bumper heaven so I've got to be good
So I can see my bumper when I'll leave this world

In my six year old truck with my M-N-L
We hadn't driven very far as I could tell
There in the road
Straight ahead
Three deers froze lookin straight ahead
I couldn't stop
So I swerved to the right
I'll never forget the sound that night
The screamin tires
The busting glass
The Painfull scream that I heard last.

Oh where oh were could my bumper be
The lord took her away from me
She's gone to bumper heaven so I've got to be good
So I can see my bumper when I'll leave this world

When I woke up
The rain was pouring down
There were people standing all around
Something warm falling into my eyes
But some how I found my bumper that night
I lifted her little bracket head
she looked at me and said
Your M-N-L didn't get a scratch
but look at me, what's up with that
I held my bumper close
I kissed her our last kiss
I found the love I knew I had missed
but now she's gone
even though I hold her tight
I lost my love, my life that night

Oh where oh were could my bumper be
The lord took her away from me
She's gone to bumper heaven so I've got to be good
So I can see my bumper when I leave this world

You've got waaaaaay too much time on your hands
Either that, or you belong in Nashville.
Actulally, I live just over the Coleman bridge from you. I hit the deer on Rte 17, just North of the Toyota dealership.
