You have to check this out. A couple of Police Officer friends ordered five cases of this and said it is the ....... BOMB! They checked it out and it's legal to possess, as long as you do not transport it mixed. It's a binary explosive(two parts) that when mixed can be set off with the impact of a high powered rifle round. They said .308, .30-06, .223 and 762x39 had no problem setting it off.
Smaller than .22 and pistol rounds did not set it off and only spilled the powder mixture onto the ground. They recommend staying back 100 yards.

i got alot of ether cold start canisters for deisel engines because i am a deicel tech, well one day wile shooting i pulled one out of my truck took it 400 yards downrange, poured alitle gas on it so it would ignite lit it an fire, and than shot it with a 30 -6 the explosion was a fire ball the size of a small house it was great
