I am 100% in favor of the death penalty. Infact I think ANYONE that commits a murder should be put to death...period. No plee bargaining, no life without parole...death as soon as your appeals are heard (and that should take a max of 2 years). I also feel child molestation and rape in cases of multiple offenses should be death penalty cases. BUT at the same time we HAVE to do it humanely...we can't torcher or brutilize the prisoner. There is a reason why we as American's can not do things like that...we have to hold ourselves to a higher standard. Once you reduce yourselfs to the level of the animals that do these sedistic crimes you make them more acceptable.

Tookie was an animal that brutally murdered a 7-11 clerk with a sawed off shotgun while he laid on the floor...then ate a sandwich while the clerk laid their gurgling. THEN he killed a family of 3 (including a little girl) in a hotel robbery with the same shotgun. The crime scean was so bad pictures have never been released of it. I dont care WHAT he did after that (and I hope he did find God) he deserved death for those crimes no if ands or buts about it. Did the little girl he killed get to read any of his childrens books???

As for Snoop ralleying for clemency for him...or course he would. Snoop is a know and confessed Crip and Tookie founded the Crips. What would you expect.
