yeah....I don't like head hunters personally.....I would rather complain about weeding through the "junk" and save the 5-10k tab....

You might be happy to know that in my application process I am only apply for jobs which I meet about 80% of the requirements or more.

I worked with a head hunter one time. All i got out of him was false hope. I found my job on my own through Monster.com or Hot Jobs and I love the job.
