That first kid from the Pirate thread did make it in to Urban Dictionary.

He's families sur name is now a verb.
That would suck to be associated as a bad verb.
The only one in history that I can think of that is associated with something not so pleasant is John Crapper. The inventor of the modern toilet. But atleast he made some coin while being associated with the John, or the Crapper which later got shortened and now has become the word "crap" which was born from his last name. So even though he drug his family name into the toilet, and thru crap, litterally. Atleast he did it as respectable as possiable.

I recall watching some type of tv show ( Nova?) many years ago, where they reclaimed some sort of Confederate gun boat that had sunk in the war. It had a flush toilet prior to Sir Crappers credits. Can any one confirm this. Or am i mistaken.
Will try google.
edit............ Google give credit to Sir John Harrington in 1568. I rember in school the credit was given to crapper?

They just did a thing on the History Channel a month or so ago and they credited Sir Crapper. Thats where my info came from. I can neither confirm nor deny. But I think he is the one with a flushable "porceline" (sp?) Becasue I think the Romans had flushable toilets too. But I'm not sure on that.
