Poor kids’ head has to be spinning. Hopefully his check clears. If not then some nutjob may try to make a point and go after him. I have never seen such a beat down allowed before. Everyone who has ever been burnt on a deal is now unloading on this guy. It was well worth the laugh.

 

Man I wish D was around! We really could use him now! He coud go over there and really represent F150online. I think he has some pent up anger anyway what a great place for him to let it go!

 

 

Man oh man, what a read. 67 pages of rants and comments.

The first several pages were pretty funny with Charlie trying to explain his side and also insulting everyone. But if any thing should happen to him, ( as i am a certian it will) would the moderators have any legal liablity, as they let the thread develope into a runaway trainwreck. I can well amagine that if they cut the thread on page 4 to 6, Charlie would not be the world wide scoundrel that he has now become, and he would certainally not be hurt or killed.

Any one have a comment on my question?

edit. He does deserve to be punished but not by vigilante justice. If a person of diminashed capacity pops this guy would the moderators be responsable for inciting him by their lack of action in this example.
They are reaping a windfall of membership sigh-up fees.

I am sure the topic will be discussed in current events courese. If any thing happens to the guy, it could leade to some sort of regulations and responsablity. ( We all need government help and controll in our lives as we seem to do a poor job of collectivly controlling ourselves.)

I agree, and chances are they would be/should be, I haven't even checked in since last night some where in the early 50's pages. It was getting carried away then. Just checked in after reading this and it is beyond carried away. He deserved all the smack "talk" but physical violence is looking rather promising. However he is still talking smack and more or less daring them. So can't count him as a victim either. He's brought every single ounce of it on himself. Common sence would say to eat crow and do everything you can to calm the masses to make it go away. Talking smack and daring them is not helping, nothing good can come of this.

 

I read a good chunk of it and while I like to see schmucks like him get what they deserve I have to say that is the most pathetic and immature website I have ever visited. For one you have some of the moderators over there asking, or kind of demanding, other new users to give them money ($5 for 2 months of some BS). What is that about? To me that is worse then what this schmuck did. They are taken advantage of another person, the schmuck, for financial gain on their part. Truly sad…

Their moderators are far from adults and have no ethics whatsoever. I don’t know the legalities of it but I couldn’t imagine if something was to happen to this guy and/or his family that the website and those who run it would not be in some type of legal trouble.

This kid is an easy target he tried to rip someone off, lied, cheated and then couldn’t figure out what he did wrong, that too is sad…

However, where are all these other schmucks (other posters taking pop shots) when some child molester, rapist or other criminal “really” takes advantage of others? Where are all these other schmucks when manufactures take advantage of people? I will tell you, they don’t have the guts or mentality to take on others who may be equal, or usually, much more powerful then them…

It is so easy to take down and pounce on someone weak and/or young but it takes a “real” adult, someone that can actually think for themselves, to take on the “really” serious issues in life. Those people on that site, posting in those two threads, don’t have a life, don’t have any logic, can’t think for themselves, and are a bunch of followers who don’t have any guts to address reality…

I am so glad sites like this and NLOC have mature adults, with ethics and logic, that moderate and run these sites so that something like that can not happen here…

I don’t for a minute condone what this kid did but enough is enough and he has got more then he deserved.

 

Pirate is an incredibly stupid site. At least I learned that out of checking the thread out.
