This is my opinion, and there are many different opinions about the movie, but Episode III was the best of the 6.

I said it was MY opinion.

Well, it's been a long time since I've seen IV, V & VI, and quite a while since I've seen I & II, and I thought I & II were pretty cheesy, so I wasn't about to pay to see this one in the theater...

It was okay. Better than I & II, and it was cool to see how Vader became Vader, but still just didn't think it was all that great...

If I had time I'd like to watch all 6 together, but I don't want to take the time...

Well, since we're still on topic...

*click* closer turns spell check off.

Okay, so OBGYN and General Grieve Us are fighting with their little life savers, and they fight, and they fight, and then Grieve Us gets in a really cool Big Wheel motorcycle thingy, and OBGYN chases him on a descendant of the Geiko Gecko. When he catches up, and pulls Grieve Us off the cool bike they fight some more, and finally OBGYN loses his sword. Grieve Us comes in for the kill where OBGYN grabs a gun and shoots him, end of story...

Okay, even MacGyver could have figured this one out, and he doesn't like guns either...

*click* closer turns spell check on.

Also, what was Grieve Us (sp?) supposed to be??? He appeared to be a robot that coughed, but had some biological stuff that burned when he got shot in the above sequence...

Just finished watching it on DVD. Had it since Tuesday, but didn't have time to watch it. I think Greivus(sp) was the precursor to Vader. An early attempt or someone with so much gone, about all that was left was the heart and a few other organs.

Yep- All he had was a heart, lungs and his eyes...

That was a bad ***** though.... Obi-Wan took him out too easily. GG made short work of 5-6 Jedi on the Cartoon, and- on the Deleted Scenes, he took out Saati in a very nasty way (She had just become a full Jedi on the cartoon).

What I've heard:
General Grievous was an alien cyborg. He and Obi-wan had tied into it during the clone wars.
Obi-wan f#cked him up before and thats why he coughed.
It is supposed to be explained in the Clone Wars cartoon that came out a while back.
The cartoon shows what happened during the clone wars & is due out Dec 6th.

http://www.starwars.com/databank/cha...neralgrievous/

When the greedy corporate titans and the disenfranchised systems of the galaxy pooled their resources together to leave the aging Galactic Republic behind, they became the Confederacy of Independent Systems. Their military assets formed a droid army of seemingly limitless size -- a weapon that needed a military mastermind to be wielded effectively.

From within the ranks of the Confederacy came General Grievous, a brilliant strategist unhindered by compassion or scruples. His lightning strikes and effective campaigns caused his reputation to grow in the eyes of a frightened Republic. To many, he eclipsed the threat posed by Count Dooku, the charismatic leader of the Confederacy's political battlefields -- Grievous was the face of the enemy.

A twisted melding of flesh and metal, General Grievous' body is a deadly weapon forged by the cutting edge developers of the Confederacy. Grievous' living matter was encased within his precision-engineered artificial body; inside the hardened carapace beat the heart of a remorseless killer. A pressurized gut-sack held his vital organs, while his skull-like mask contained his living eyes and brain. Making the horrific amalgam more unpleasant was a persistent wet, hacking cough coming from his ravaged lungs.

EXACTLY... I've also read that he was trained as a Sith, hence the yellow eyes; but showed no mastery of the force that I could see. Even with his artificial limbs, Vader could still move things.

Watch "Lonesome Dove". A great movie, maybe my all time favorite, and many lessons of life taught in the movie. Plus, most people do not realize that it is based on the actual lives of Charles Goodnight and Col. Loving, the two Texans that were the first to take a cattle herd to Montana. I just threw this out there cause I knew some of you were starving for the info.
