Even better, read the books.

Nope. Not a Sith. He was trained to use lightsabres.

Also, there are only 2 Sith. The master and the apprentice.

Hence, Dooku was only a pawn and Palpatine allowed him to die because he really wanted Anakin. Just as he was prepared to let Vader die to get Luke in Ep6.

That was a bad ***** though.... Obi-Wan took him out too easily. GG made short work of 5-6 Jedi on the Cartoon, and- on the Deleted Scenes, he took out Saati in a very nasty way (She had just become a full Jedi on the cartoon).

all goes back to painting ObiWan as a bad ***. Low key, but tough. Anakin states in Ep2 that ObiWan is as wise as Yoda and as skilled as Mace Windu with the lightsaber... and WIndu was supposed to be the baddest *** in the universe with a lightsaber.

Also, Obiwan comes froma strong master/apprentice line. He was trained by QuiGonn (who was so powerful with the force he transcended to the astral plane of existence) who was trained by Dooku who was trained by Yoda.

He didnt have any McDonald, burger flipping Jedi master training him.

Think about it... that ObiWan and Yoda could train an adult Luke over a very short period of time to be a Jedi able to not die when facing Vader and Palpatine in Ep6. Really, Obiwan trained Luke for what? days? And Yoda only had him for weeks. A few months at most (going by how long Han and Leia were at Bespin)

I've just got to many questions about the whole thing...

What are the clones cloned from?
Why are there so many clones?
What exactly is a Sith?
What is Yoda?
What started the whole war, and who all was involved?
What is the Chancellors role?
How did he become Chancellor if he was a Sith, and no one know?

I'm sure there are many others, but maybe you guys can fill me in here...

Maybe I'll rent IV, V & VI one of these days...

Actually, 1 and 2 answer most of those questions.

Agreed; I didn't say he was a Sith, I said he was trained as a Sith.

In the expanded universe there are other "gray" Jedi trained folks that could become Sith.. It is of this Crop that a Sith Lord picks an Apprentice, and they become the only two true Sith..

agreed... just as one could learn Jedi ways without being a member of the Jedi order. Perfect example is Luke. When Ben trained him on the Falcon, he wasn't a Padewan. He was just a kid learning how to use a lightsaber.

cloned from one man: Jango Fett. You see in Ep3 that they all look the same

There are enough clones to form an army. The Republic had no army as they were at peace for 1000 years. The Jedi acted as cops.

A Sith is basically the opposite of a Jedi.

Yoda is a very old alien who happens to be a very powerful Jedi and leader of the Jedi council.

The war was started by some planets that wanted to leave (or were not part of) the Republic. A large part of the war, the creation of the clone army, the forming of enemy factions was orchestrated by Palpatine. He started as a Senator then moved up to Chancellor before claiming the rank of Emporer for himself (not unlike Hitlers rise to power)

A Sith uses the dark side of the force. The dark side clouds the vision of the light side of the force, hence, most Jedi couldnt see through him until it was too late.

I think alot of it had to do with Luke's genes also.
