#^%$#%$ Dotster!!!!
I registered my domain (originally) with Dotster (2001). They charged $14.95 a year for the registration. Along comes GoDaddy and they get $6.95 for a registration or a transfer. My domain comes up for renewal at the end of October. In September I get the renewal, and decide to save me some $$ (for more mods to the Screw) and renew it wil GoDaddy. I get a confirmaion saying we are all good. I come in today and find my site down, telling me that the domain has expired. I contact GoDaddy and find out that Dotster refused my transfer. So after an hour on the phone, I had to cancel (get a refund) from Godaddy and pay the dang $14.95 to Dotster to get it renewed. Now I have to wait 60 days before I can try to transfer it to Godaddy. Dotster screwed me, and my site is still down. I guess it will be a while before Dotster gets it back up.
Anyone else ever been screwed by Dotster??

If you don't have a contract with them, then they shouldn't be able to do that. I'd look into it further to make sure and then threaten to drop the info to a legal firm rearing for a class action suit against somebody.

Why HELL no.
Once you got those new wheels on...snap me a pic, and let me know. You know where to find me.
