$0.340 Billion....
that includes taxes
you can opt out for 340million and recieve a lump sum each year..... or opt out for cash value which is all taxes taken from it
edit: nevermind...... i thought it did but my sister has proven me wrong once again, that bitch

The higher the jackpot the higher the odds. So I ussually don't play but especially after 10 million. The high is wondering what you would do but I pretty well know what I would do.
If I won I would take the 1/2 cash option. I would make anynomous donatations to a few charities for tax benefits the following year where they hit you again. I would stick a certain amount not imediatly needed in investments to protect from taxes til I could find something to do with it. I have several business ventures that I think would be fun, so after a year vacation and buying a few conservative toys, then I would get those started. I would not get another vacation for a few years. I would probably pull the previously mentioned investments to help fincance the intense marketing campaigns for the first two years of those ventures. After 3 years then I would either end up richer than my wildest dreams and having a blast making the money. Or they would all flop and I would end up flat broke. Either way I would have fun getting there.

Lottery winnings of $600.01 and over are subject to Federal Withholding tax. For winnings of $600.01, up to and including $5,000, you will be issued a W-2G form to report your winnings on your federal income tax form.
For winnings of $5,000.01 and over, the Pennsylvania Department of Revenue deducts the appropriate percent for federal withholding, as required by law, before you receive your winnings check (or, if it is an annuity, from each winnings check). You will then receive your check along with a W2-G form to submit with your 1040 form at the end of the tax year

i would keep about 20million for myself, Get a nice house, Few cool toys(Not a HUGE amount, maybe just Another F150, mustang cobra, new dirt bike and seadoo) The rest i would use for Charity's...... also i would build a 15million dollar complex for women whos husbands beat them..... Some place thats more like a hotel and is very comfortable and home-like so they feel at ease, growing up someplace like that would have been wonderful for us

I did spend some serious time on the bentley site looking at all the leather color options.
Why the hell would you want a flying spur when this is coming out:

It's in this months C&D. 1.2 Million, 253mph, 1001HP, AWD monster. Meet the new fastest production car on the planet. Giddy yup!

D, I posted that as one of my fantasy cars a few threads ago.
I thought it had been around since about 2003 or so.
