stupid ford and spark plugs!
yep, shot it clear out of the head tonight.. In the stang even! At least the truck is running fine.

Lisle makes a tool to install a helicoil insert in mod motors, if you don't want to replace the head, but the tool itself is like $4-500.

I can get a pair of heads for that much. I'd rather just do it right. figure I'll pick up a set of cams over the winter.
