It lowered again here this evening while we were at a friends house. Got there about 6:00 helped his neighbor deliver a big screen TV that he gave to some Katrina victims that just got into town. Then went and played cards til 1:00 and it had dropped to.......... $2.75 
Trying to decide if this was a growing trend, or if not and it is going to raise again before next weekend then I need to go fill up the boat! I just can't decide!
