Let's just say that the opinions that won out in this court case would never win an election in Alabama, Arizona, or Texas! They do, however, routinely win elections in places like Massachusetts -- do the names Edward Kennedy and/or John Kerry ring a bell with you?

Obviously, you've never been to Massachusetts long enough to know. On the other hand, we aren't in the habit of supporting kidnappers either. Every party involved in this case was in the wrong, unfortunately, only one side got punished.

So, basically hard working legal Amercians have no rights in America anymore. This story just really gets to me. What the heck is this country coming to. A court of "law" gave "illeagal" immigrants someone elses property, WTF?
