Need to vent about dealership (service)
I see...so your truck was the only one at the dealer, and everyone in the service department sat around all day twiddling their thumbs while your truck sat outside for 7 hours, just so they could **** you off. I don't understand why people bitch and raise hell like their vehicle is the only one the service department must work on, forget everyone else out there that brought their vehicles in too, "they don't matter."
How soon the dealer gets to your truck is dependent on other work load in the shop, parts availability, and technician availability. Some dealers have specialized technicians for specific complaint areas, and if they've got a big work load, guess what, you might not be seen today. I ain't saying it's right or fair, I'm just saying that sometimes, that's just the way the ball bounces.

If you can't get to it, or the parts don't come in, get me a rental car so I can get back to work the next day. And if you can't get me a rental car, offer me a discount, don't just hang the f**k up on me!
THAT is my complaint. The customer serivce of the assclown service advisor.
Folsom Lake was always good to me when I took my truck in during warranty. I always got a free rental from them. After the warranty ran out, they never saw it again.
By the way, that was the service department, their body shop sucks big time.
A couple of times I took my truck to the dealership on Madison because they were open late. I don't know if they still are. They were adequate at best.
Good luck,
BOB
