Well see that's what I'm thinking, the incentitives aren't that great on Maximas, and I'd give another few thousand to be driving a bimmer! I don't know if we're buying just yet but it's a thought.

3valve...not much dealing on the 3 series. You will never see Family Plan pricing plus rebate on a BMW. On the other hand, that is why they hold their resale value. But like dz says...some dealers are cool and will budge...a little.

If you want a good deal on one, look at the CPO cars. There are great values with those with many cars having low miles. Plus they add extra warranty time/miles. I always thought that was a great way (read inexpensive) to get into the car. Especially for a first BMW.

Prior to the F-150 i had a 2000 Trans Am 6 speed. Put on a Borla cat-back and aftermarket ram air hood, it ran mid 13's at about 103 mph in the 1/4.. still miss that car some days...

Here are pics of a 1970 Boss 429 with Original Paint. It belongs to a Friend of mine that works here with me.

He bought in in 1972 with 2000 miles on it.

I had a 2005 Ford Mustang GT.
Silver
Shaker 1000
Manual Trans.
Interior Upgrade Package - Had to wait 6 months because of this option.
All the options.

Had it for 3 months, then traded it in on a 2005 F-150 Lariat Screw Loaded.

Needless to say, I'm married with a family now.

Very nice!! This a friends Boss 302. I had the pleasure of driving it (partly) from San Diego to San Francisco one time. I can only imagine what the 429 feels like.

PS: To Dinty: I believe the 429 is actually a "Shaker Orange" but I may be mistaken.

As a presidential candidate, he wouldn't conform to my master plan for complete and total world domination! So I had to take his plane down.

Talking

I have a 1973 Corvette with the L-82 engine and an automatic. Have had it about five years now. Had a 1973 Corvette back in the 70's before the family came along.
Haven't been able to build a photo album to show it, but I have a few pictures over at the CorvetteForum.com if anyone is interested.

Had an '87 Buick Grand National, sweet car. It was stolen in '92...apparently a pro chop shop operation...the cops found what was left a few days later...frame and body shell, not much else.
