I heard over in Pensacola it just made it worse. Property values are through the roof there.
Yeah, I'd rather be camping in some trailer park than at a busy beach. I nice calm beach is ok, but I'd still take the camping.

I live 10 mnutes from the best beach in the world. I haven't gone to the actual beach or gotten in the water in 15 years. when you live by it, you don't care about it anymore. I do go boating quite a bit. Fishing and boating are far better than sand in the crotch, 3rd degree sunburns, and screaming brat kids crapping in the water (Raoul)
When I was dating last year, I did take some chicks to the beach at night, it almost guarantees a score.
