how many stupid car/truck ads do you see in the 5 pm to 12 am time zone?..let alone from 5 to 7 pm??(from 5 to 7 i got 45...)

this is getting outta hand...

and everyone of them boasts how fast and zoom zoom and you got "best in class in this and that longest lasting more dynofloping torque more horsepower than you need and the option to rice it out from the factory" ratings in every test?...whew

I don't watch TV but the radio ads are horrible. If you want to be yelled at, screamed at, insulted and degraded, then just listen to the words (and obnoxious noises) in the next Ford/Chevy/Dodge/Toyota/Nissan radio ad. My favorite radio station has two ad breaks per hour, about 8 minutes each. I've learned the pattern so I just turn down the volume for a few minutes. I really dislike being insulted every half hour. In fact, I'll bet my next vehicle purchase will NOT be a brand advertised with screaming idiots on the radio (think high-end imports).
