Steve brings up a couple of valid points. In my opinion, the checkout line is a biggie. I've quit shopping at certain stores due to the horrendous checkout lines. The local Sam's club is no exception, and it's less than a mile from my house.

I never went into a Sams that didn't have 15 check out lines and 2 open.

I'm not paying for that abuse.

Well jamzwayne we just think to much a like...

Whats scarey is we thought a lot like Raoul too.

Except the way he put it sounds a little... gay!

We dont have a Cotsco so I have a Sams membership. I take Non members in all the time and let them shop then when we go to check out I hand the cahier the cash or write a check and my friends pay me back by cash or write me a check when we get into the parking lot.

FWIW, I've gone into Costco with a friend that has a membership there and as long as he presents his membership card, they could care less who swipes the actual credit card and pays...

I forgot to add (and may have missed if someone already mentioned it), both places will let you go in and walk around without a membership. Just tell the person at the door you are thinking of joining and want to look around.

................
The Costco we belong to will only allow a credit card or checkbook that has been registered with them to purchase. My Mother belongs, and I can't pay with my card because she never registered it.

BJ's club will allow anyone or anything to pay as long as a BJ's card is shown.

The bottom line is if they only choose one store then the same guy has to always be there to make purchases which means that guy has to do all the shopping.

Maybe a husband and wife can get a break on two cards but, damnit Kerry didn't win the election so only one gets the card.

If both of them can get cards for the price of one and Bush gets wind of it, he'll amend the Constitution!

UH OHH

Maybe Sam's and Cotsco have joined the same band wagon as Ford and started supporting the gay rights movement. If that wacko group gets wind of this they'll be boycotting them too!

Costco pays their employees good wages with a decent benefit package.

Sams/Walmart doesn't...
