I took that photo after the hail had melted down a bit, so it can't really show the falling size of those things. However, the guy I work with, who lives about a mile north of me, just brought in his tennis ball sized pieces that fell on his house. (He froze them for insurance purposes.) I'm glad it didn't get that big at my house. I guess it can always be worse, huh?

just what does your co-worker think that the insurance adjuster is going to do with a hailstone?

I guess if it's a hot day he could put it in a glass of ice water once he gets off of the roof...
