women won the right to go topless 15 years ago in Canada. The Supreme Court ruled that allowing a man to topless and not a woman amounted to sexual discrimination. Secondly, they ruled that a woman's breasts were not a sex organ, but an organ for feeding a child and hanging them out on the beach was no different than a woman hanging one out to feed her baby.
I disagree with the second point, but hey, who am I to argue with the courts when they are telling women to go topless?

in ny topless is ok
a really butchy woman won the right for females to go topless in certain areas that men can in new york. i cant really tell you for sure but i think it is in state park beaches. some of the upper beaches like 24 and 25 at jones beach are used by nude and topess bathers.

Alright so lets say this passes the supreme court, your at a family reunion at a local park. Several people start a game of basketball or volley ball. (Shirts against skins.) Some of your hot cousins are on the skins team or just get hot and take thier shirts off too. Would it be inappropriate to pop a woody?

In fact, I'd pay her NOT to take off her top.

Actually, since the courts ruled she can go topless on the grounds of discrimination . . . we should see if, instead, she can get arrested and charged with assault with a lethal weapon (because the assault results in "it hurts my eyes" and the lethal weapon part = looks can kill), or maybe some other violation that might apply. Lawyers can be creative, we need to get them working on this, stop this tragedy before it happens.

Naw unfortunatly we cant say only good looking chicks can go topless. We'll just have to take the good with the bad. 
Hopefully most of the others would have enough since NOT to take thier shirts off. But we know that isn't going to be true. Look at how many fat chicks wear those hip huggers with belly shirts. There should be a rule that if your belly sticks out or other wise over hangs the waist band by 1/2 of an inch or more. Then it must be covered!
