Has anyone had problems with a delivery from this store?

Does Moss offer a discount to forum members?

I ordered several items May 23/2005.
The shippment via parcel post ground has not arrived and Moss says they can not track it for 90 days?

The strange thing is I also ordered from them June 10/2005 and that shippment arrived June 23/2005.

I think the shippment has been lost I guess I will have to have the credit card reverse the charges If Moss won't help me out.

never ordered from them, prices too high, but i do use them to find new products, and buy them else where!! shhh!!! may 23rd??? time to get your money back from that one, esp if they wont help you

i have ordered my hitch and volant intake from them. Never had any problems. i think it took like a week to get both products in. Not as fast as Summit, but fast enough. Hope all works out

 

I had problems getting my intake, it was late then they lost it, but i did get my money for shipping money back.
