Three things:
1) the door on the Genreal Lee isn't welded shut
2) the beer bottle was glued to the tray Jessica was carrying
3) Catherine Bach was a tease as Daisy, Jessica is going the sleeze route

Uh...Is this the 'non-heterosexual' part of the forum? Didn't y'all watch the video? There was a car in that vid? And some sort of beer bottle? That video wasn't shot as Daisy Duke singing...was shot as Jessica Simpson looking all hot

Be careful what you wish for - Today's women are probably 30lbs heavier, on average, then when those shorts FIRST came into fashion.

Well, I dont' care about the General Lee because it was a MOPAR.
And Nancy Sinatra's one hit wonder ain't nothing to get sentimental about.
But I did feel bad for poor ole Willie Nelson.
He must still owe the tax man is all I can figure.

I don't usually get into bony chicks like Jessica; but- where she's concerned- I'll happily grant her a waiver..
And, as a rabid Dukes of Hazzard fan from my 6th grade year, until Bo & Luke left the show; then returned- I have never once seen the doors open... I was pretty sure they were welded shut. Why else would Uncle Jesse squeeze his butt through there when he could have opened the door?
You guys must've caught a glimpse of the general on that episode when they had like 4-5 General Lee's to confuse the feds, or whomever they were trying to dupe that week... The doors did open on those- but each was broke in one way or another and "patched" together for that plan to work that week... But, none ran like the real General..
I even saw Cooter make General Lee into a 4x4. Now, that was the real "Monster Garage" my friends...
