Things wrong with the movie

JS as Daisy? please, Jessica Alba would've made a better daisy duke than her, or Britney Spears (though I think she can't act for beans). A young Elizabeth Hurley type would've rocked for Daisy, hell, she could probably still pull off that role.

Willie Nelson for Jessie? uhmm, yeah, whatever. The Burt for Boss Hogg might work though.

The duke boys are portrayed as complete morons in the trailer.

They could've made Bernie Mac as uncle jessie and Will Smith and Martin Lawrence as the duke boys and made it better. At least then you would've know it was a spoof on the original.

The only thing that I saw cool about it was the jump scenes with the general. that MIGHT get me to rent it someday if there's nothing else to rent. I'll probably be so digusted by everything else to enjoy it though.

 

i saw her this weekend on mtv when they were making the video.

I think the only clear way to solve this dilema is to have her come visit my house naked and let me inspect the situation. I might need a test drive too to test the shocks and padding. If ya'll wanna make this happen, I'd be happy to lend mt services.

I'll agree with the general consences THAT IS NOT DAISY DUKE! She never can be and never will be as hot as the real Daisy use to be. I might watch the movie when it is shown on TNT or something but I definatly will not pay extra to see it at a theater or rent it or anything else. A boney Slutty Daisy has no appeal to me, and the other charecters are no match either. IMO It is a waste of film.






Yes that is boney and sickly looking! Not saying I would turn down the opportunitty if it would arise but nothing to drool over.

That is some excellent casting and would have made a hell of a movie.

Between those two choices I'll take #1 but would not be happy with that choice when I seen something with about 20 more lbs on her walk by.

That would be funny! Since they've already made a mochary of the show they should so do a scit like that too.

 

We will never see eye-to-eye then...20lbs on her would make her 'fat' in my book.

Course, I've got, likely, 100lbs on her...but I'm a dude..we can BE Fat and get hot, thin chicks...see: King of Queens.
