I dunno what it was, but for some reason, when I saw a picture of some our American troops.....I had to make this for you.

If you dont wanna use it, that's cool. You REALLY and truely dont have to. I just like making sigs for some crazy reason.

I dont guess I can do effects like the rain effect in your sig with PSP 8.

 

hmmmm....I honestly don't know, mine was done using Adobe Imageready which is an animation program that come with Photoshop. So I don't know if PSP came with anything like that or not.

 

I guess that woulod be the same as JASC AnimationShop 3. Thats what came with PSP 8....I'll play with that for awhile.......Later.
