first truck 97 reg cab, lot's of leg room, 2nd truck 2002 f-150, lots a leg room, 3rd truck the o4, the dash on the o4 is lower, the door handels are lower, My left knee hit's the drivers door handel, there is less space underneath the dash for the gas, brake pedal, I have to pivet my righ on angel to reach..the gas pedal, as Crazy as it sounds, I have lot's of leg room in the passenger seat.
I have a reg cab because I could not afford a super cab with a 8 ft box, Chevy and Chrysler credit would not deal with me, ford did. Super cabs with the 6.5 box are too small for my job, need the 8 ft box, So I had to compramise, I post some pics soon of my truck... so ya all don't think I'm crazy. Next step up is going be a reg cab f-250 4x4 long box with the 6.0 and 5sp when I can afford it. ( lot's of leg room )

I bought the F150 for one main reason over a Chevy/GMC (was a loyal fan) and Dodge (not a bad truck BTY but F150 is MUCH nicer inside): The F150 is so much quieter that I can drive it daily and not feel beat up.
The bonus is I can tow up to 7700 lbs (4x4 SC Lariat 18" wheels) with a 15,000 GCWR.
There are always things I wish any vehicle had that it doesn't.
I wish it had On-star, 6.6 foot bed, a REAL tilt wheel, etc.
25 mpg, 0-60 in 6 secs etc. would be nice as well.
