Everyone's jumping on here so fast, but here's one for you "Seasoned Youngsters".

"Well my mind has been explodin'
about some things that don't seem right
and my gun is c0cked and loaded
I hope I get me some sleep tonight."

Another clue would be sort of what us hispanics say when we answer the phone.

Yallo!

BTW, I knew the SRV one, just didn't get back here in time... Very good song!
Haven't seen anyone try this one yet...

Sorry didnt see it.
Golden Earing...........Twilight Zone.

(I liked those girls in that video that had him straped in that chair, and they were going to inject him with some needle).

I am stepping into a Twilight Zone, this is a mad house and feels like being.....
la la la la When the bullit hits the bone.

Here's one that nobody knows probably, since I am this band's only fan it seems

When the last king of Hollywood
shatters his glass on the floor
and orders another,
he'll wonder what he did that for

That's when I know, that i have to get out
'cause I have been there before
then I gave up my seat at the bar
and I headed for the door

WE drove out to the desert
just to lie down beneath this moment of stars
We stand up at the palace
like it's the last of the great pioneer town bars
And we shout out these songs
against the clang of electric guitars
Well you can see a million miles tonight
but you can't get very far

(clues this band is very underappreciated and has got to be one of the best ever, the singer has "funky" hair, and their name represents a "state of mind" not a tangible item as so many seem to think.)

So is this band responsible for your handle?

Do you count on them for your music?

Personally, I preferred the black ones. (They talked to Angels)

I think this thread went to the birds.

Mrs. Potters Lullaby. I haven't listened to Counting Crows since their Recovering the Satellites album, honestly. August and Everything After is still the best to me, and gets a lot of play in my CD changer.

How about this one:

My best friend took a week's vacation to forget her
his girl took a week's worth of valium and slept
now he's guilt stricken sobbing with his head on the floor
thinks about her now and how he never really wept he says

We've tried to wash our hands of all of this
we never talk of our lacking relationships
and how we're guilt stricken sobbing with our heads on the floor
we fell through the ice when we tried not to slip, we'd say .
