Here's one that nobody knows probably, since I am this band's only fan it seems
When the last king of Hollywood
shatters his glass on the floor
and orders another,
he'll wonder what he did that for
That's when I know, that i have to get out
'cause I have been there before
then I gave up my seat at the bar
and I headed for the door
WE drove out to the desert
just to lie down beneath this moment of stars
We stand up at the palace
like it's the last of the great pioneer town bars
And we shout out these songs
against the clang of electric guitars
Well you can see a million miles tonight
but you can't get very far
(clues this band is very underappreciated and has got to be one of the best ever, the singer has "funky" hair, and their name represents a "state of mind" not a tangible item as so many seem to think.)

Mrs. Potters Lullaby. I haven't listened to Counting Crows since their Recovering the Satellites album, honestly. August and Everything After is still the best to me, and gets a lot of play in my CD changer.
