Well jamz, I've never had any custody issues so I can't really help you or give advice. I can offer you my prayers that things will turn out well for you and your family. Best of luck and keep us informed of your progress, we're all rooting for you!

GO FOR IT JAMZWAYNE.... Me ex sounds alot lot yours. My daughter will be eight in July..... I just spent 4K over the last year on legal fees trying to get full custody. It didn't work but, it felt great to watch that loser squirm in her seat, plus it documented everything that is going on at her home.
