My immediate suprovisers think their funny but wouldnt hold it against me. They just warned the potential slap on the wrist if the wrong person see's them and wants to take it to the next step. As far as loosing my job, it wont happen over that, and if somebody does have a problem with them I would take them off. I think their funny, but not that funny.

I see myself having a good sense of humor, and the same goes for most other people I work with, they do too. If you dont find a way to laugh at things in this line of work, things will just eat at you, until you have an overload.

Yes I am young, and maybe thats why I like them, I may "grow" out of them soon. But for now they will probably stay on until they break off and get lost or someone steals them, yes people steal other peoples nutz.

My suproviser said "just think about it" and thats why I wanted all your opinions, good and bad, they have all helped. I can see the ignorant side of me putting them on and the other side questioning if I should have.

Had some of those on my truck but someone stole the damn things! Have some on order now, and contrary to a previous post, here in Colorado they are still cool no matter what the age you are!

Pick a Colorado based forum and we'll test that. I would suggest colorado4x4.org since offroaders generally know a bit about *****.

Oh look, they've already discussed it. It made the Lamest accessories list.

Yea some of you guys dont like the nutz. But you guys are also saying chrome sucks. My truck has lots of stainless and chrome items that separate it from other stock f-150's. And also the over 17in rims. My 20's get a lot of looks and praise! And I can guarantee a lot of people in the F150online forums agree with that.

But like others have been saying, each his own.

It seems we're both making claims about what the majority of Colorado people think. I just suggested we take a poll. Any forum will do, I gave an example.

I wouldnt know what you colorado boys think. I said not all people in colorado think that, well because mkinttrim has, or had them on his truck. And im pretty sure there's others, maybe not many but some. It all comes down to what you like and dont like. Im not saying my truck nutz are pretty, their just funny, dangling under my big rig like it has its own kahoneez.

I'm not making this a pissing match between who's got the biggest ballz, because you guys do some serious off roading. I commend you guys for that, I like off roading too, and im sure you guys get into some pretty messy scary *****. My whole point to this thread was to find out if people took them offensive and obsene. I thank you for your input that their not obsene, you just dont like them.

Maybe having them exposed is just too much for some people, so why not rig a jockstrap to cover them up & see what people say? Of course, you could always hang em from your rear view mirror where they're safe and out of public view if it becomes an issue. Personally, I think they're funny...and I'm old enough to be your father.

Ruffn.... it's your call, but you need to think about the message that your supervisor was trying to tell you..... obviously he's not/cannot "order" you to take them off as this would be out-of-bounds in terms of authority... but the suggestion to "think about it" conveys that neither he/she nor any of the other supervisors are going to stick up for you/defend you if it becomes a topic with their managers. And you won't even know it was discussed or a factor. Anyways... enough said....

Pony - great story.... you should bring out the same client to a nice restaurant and dress in some dirty torn jeans and a ripped muscle shirt....just tell him to KMA if he mentions how inappropriate your clothing is... let us know how it goes....

You got gold nutz, thats awsome

I thought about getting some chrome ones or stainless steel. Stainless steel ballz, awsome! Better yet get a pully system going so you could lower your ballz some and let them drag the pavement and shoot sparks, that would be hilarious!

MikeF150

I asked my suproviser what he would do, and he said probably take em off (even though he thinks their hilarous as well).

Do you guys think if i drilled two holes in the ballz and put some break lights in their they would be considered a third break light and therefore have a purpose?

I figured I would update you guys and let you know it dosent matter anymore.

As of 1205 am today my trucknutz were retired. Sgt told me the issue was brought up to the Lt. and he said to take off "the *********". Not going to drag it out just comply and move on. Even though I think this is total bull*****!

Hey, when I become chief or higher up, i'll put them back on!

In the meantime I think i'll hand them in a tree in my front yard.

Nah, better not.

Im probably going to be hated by 1/2 the people on the board by posting this.. but it makes my point. I have a cradle of filth (band) shirt that says "Jesus is a *unt" and i wear it for many reasons. However, i think the plastic nutz thing is just gross.. i dont know why. Its not because im offended by it in any way. I just think its rather crude.. im an odd character.

I do however think the blue ones are hilarious.. but they also just give me that 'uck' reaction.
