I'm in Hampton, do you do any off roading, if so where? Hampton doesnt have any places (legally).

Never heard of that one, pretty funny!

I dont think I'll take them off but if i ever do get in administative trouble or get passed up for promotion, it will be funny to say I did because my truck has big nutz!

I will however fold them away when i go to court, or when i'm near all the white shirts!

I've seen a total of about 4 nutz on truck around here, I think their pretty rare, i got a buddy with a white extended cab F-150 with a set of BLUE ballz. Haa! he's got blue ballz!

I don't consider them obscene. Out of place maybe. I'd probably say the same about a chicks truck with a tampon swinging from the back end. Not necessarily obscene, but doesn't look right.

For what it's worth, my boss mentioned getting a set for his truck. He got blasted with every backwoods related comment I'd ever heard. To each his own though. Another thread recently mention sunshades. Some like 'em, some think they low class and rednecky. Again, to each his own.

unfortunately no, the closest my truck get to offroad is when I drive through my yard. Every once in a while I'll get out to my mom's place or where I hunt and put 'er in 4WD. The closest place that I know of around here is in the Outter Banks which is sand dunes.

Ok

To be honest, I guess if they are on your truck and you think they are cool than great. Personally, I don't really want to pull up on a nice truck and have to look at a set of nuts hanging from the bumper. Perhaps the chicks might dig it, I don't know?

I guess it's a man thing. The world we live in is so PC and sensitive that people are offended by plastic nuts. The part of my personality that says "YOu don't like them? Too effin bad, they're on MY truck" say leave them put and maybe replace them with a larger set. OTOH if it puts your job in jeaopardy....while petty and BS, it could potentially cause you financial hardship and sleepless nights. Talk to your boss again and see where he stands or his opinion of them.

I think you should have your wife or girlfriend, if you have either, hang a rubber cootchie from her bumper. Does that seem cool to you? Not really! Do you see my point? To each his own but it is pretty immature. I'm pretty sure that if I pulled up to a Half a million dollar home to give a quote on a job, I might be judged "less than" and therefore not get that job. Also, what would my kids think? If you guys are in your late teens or early 20's than run with it man! You have nothing to lose at this point. Your "truck nuts" do not offend me, but makes me wonder what kind of person would put something so stupid on their vehicle?
I agree with 01XLT, screw political correctness!

'Screw political correctness' but yet you ask ME a question and then answer it yourself.

Instead of a rubber coochie I suggest the following bumper sticker "I don't have my cherry, but I have the box it came in". I laughed my **** off when I read it.

My client said something to me the last time we met that fits well into this situation.

Someone admonished him for not wearing a tie and looking unprofessional. His response was thus "If you care more about how I look than what I know...KMA".

It really is about personal choice. To think that someone could potentially lose their job over a vehicle accessory is horribly horribly pathetic. The Republic is friggin lost.

I'm not saying someone should lose their job over it. That is rediculouse. It just comes down to what people think is appropriate and what is not. I mean personally. We are all free to live and do as we wish as long as we do not negatively affect our neighbors. For me personally, it is not appropriate as I have built a good name for myself professionally in the community, and am married with two kids old enough to know better. I just simply would not want to do it. Just because I don't agree with it means nothing to anyone but me. Like I said, to each his own. If you were to lose your job over it, I would be the first to defend you. This is why we live in the greatest country in the world.

It shouldn't matter whether you keep them on or take them off...it's up to you. (Your supervisor probably just doesn't like Fords )

IMO they are a bit tacky, however, and a bit embarrassing to see if you're with people that wouldn't really 'get' the concept.
