Just wondering how you're holding up Eyescream. I had a lumbar diskectomy (L4-5) about 8 months ago but for about 3 months before the surgery I was a mess and know what you're going through. For what it's worth; without the surgery I would never have gotten out of that wheelchair.

Consult a good neurosurgeon before making any final decisions.

During those 3 months I went to a chiropractor which seemed to help for a few hours and to a physcal terrorist, er, therapist which definitely made it worse. Go figure, eh.
