With all this talk of Sony's PSP it's nice to see this thread thriving, and I would like to add that a few of these games are still alive and well in all their original glory on GameBoy. I have the GBA SP along with the original Super Mario Bros, and Legend of Zelda. There a several other Retro games available.

I also like it when they come out with a fancy new version of the game, but also include the original. One of the Metroid games I have for GBA has the original with it, and so does Spy Hunter for Xbox...

Nah... The gamecube is only used for Mario Kart Double Dash, Mario Party 6, and Wario Ware.... LOL

Those games are awesome!

I have one of those. I got mine at Fry's. It's a different brand then yours, but a great investment.

I have an emu for NES and SNES, and ZI play em on my PC using one of my PS2 controllers.

I have a lot of fun playing those ol games from the past.

Oldschool systems

In the late 70's we were living in southern Cal. My dad was doing business with a guy who worked for Mattel. He got us one of the first Intellivision game systems. Man, that thing made Atari look dated fast. Anyway, my 2 brothers and I went through 3 different Intellivision systems growing up. There were some ok knockoff games, but we loved the sports games. Baseball was very good for the time, but now when I play them I get bored after 2 minutes. I think the big changes were with the Nintendo and Super Nintendo. They were pretty cool.
