I almost had a chance to go to Daytona for the race for free, but my fiance is going without me
. Someone gave her dad 2 tickets to the race for free and her and her dad are going. I was hoping he would decide not to go and give me the ticket instead. But it hasn't worked out that way yet.

I think at least me or my wife will be happy with the winner
I'm pulling for Mark Martin, it's his year...I say he takes the cup and retires anyway
My wife is a Mikey fan and of course he has a good shot becoming a 3 time 500 winner
Oh well at least one of us wil be happy

Why does everyone dislike Jeff Gordon?
Is it because he's the Tom Cruise (kocky young guy) of NASCAR; or because he just keeps kicking everyone's ****.
On teh flip side, why does everyone LOVE Dale Earnhardt Jr.? Did that love for his father download to him after his dad passed on? I don't dislike Dale Jr.; I'm just wondering about the 24 bashing in general..
No one on this site said anything bad; yet. But even sports casters talk a little smack about Jeff.

What did for me Cia was last years race at Texas. Listen on the scanners and Jeffie was whinin the whole race about shi**y car and so and so cut me off etc. Switched over to Lil E and he was talkin with his crew chief about the blonde babe at the bbq joint the night before!! Mind you this was in traffic at 180 plus ..gotta love it.

i dont actually dislike gordon..i just dont care about him...ANYWAY whats up with these stats
there were only 9 fords in the race..2 ended up in the top 10...6 in the top 15...so on the average the ford camp(how little it is)actually faired pretty well...zap!
