Xbox Cordless Controller...
Well, I had never heard much about them... review wise... My buddy claimed too much lag to be any good, but I'm not sure that he ever tried one...
But anyway, my GF bought me a Pelican brand cordless controller for Christmas. It was okay. The grip was nice, but the buttons just didn't work too well, and one of the buttons, "X" I think, had to be pushed so hard to work, that it made your hand tired...
Well, today I exchanged it for a Logitech (been making mice and keyboards very well for years), and I absolutely love this thing. No rubber grips like the Pelican, but still a good feel, and the all the controls work great. and I don't notice any lag...
So, just recommending this to all ya'll Xboxers out there... My couch is just far enough away that the wire was too short, however until I get the swivel buckets put in the Camino I have one sweet gaming seat. My GF even hooked up a massager and it fits great in the bucket seat with a blanket over it...

There are two big problems I have had, and they are the only 2 problems Ive had. First, the batteries. Its just a pain in the **** when your playing a game, and your batteries die then you lose because of it. Second, the waves can cause interference with other wireless things (cordless phone). I have never noticed any lag with them, but I dont use them anymore because of the 2 problems Ive had.
We have three Logitech cordless Xbox controllers, one for each of my kids. I thought they looked the best quality. On one of them, the left stick is screwed up and the X button sticks. On another, the right stick is jacked up. The third one still works good. There is no lag in these things, your friend is clueless.
I loved the origanal MadCatz wireless controller (new ones are smaller). But it didn't work with Ghost Recon, so it had to go. I loved everything else about it. But, if it doesn't work with all my games then I can't have it. I've thought about that Logitech but flashbacks to the MC make me think twice.
