Question Questions for photoshoppers

What is the best photoshop program for the money? I will be using it on my home computer for personal use. Any advice will be welcome from those in the know.

Adobe Photoshop is hands down the best...but very expensive.

Jasc Paint Shop Pro will do 70-80 percent of what Photoshop will do for around 100 bucks.

Buy Photoshop Elements, it's made for home use and it's not as expensive.

thats the problem, on AOL (my ISP) the limit is HELLA small... only for a couple of pics, or a small mpeg file... this is a HUGE file... we would need some other direct connetion.... but here, email me @ x72onspokesx @ Aol.com, or you can IM me at X72onspokesX
